Any practice designed to strip away distraction is the most potent tool you have to fully live from your true Self. When we can’t access that Self because of wounds and hurts, we are reacting from hurt and we put that hurt into others.
Choice Points
If I couldn’t go back, I determined to find a different purpose, perhaps my truer and less shame motivated purpose. I decided to experience what it was like to live from love. I had always chosen work and opportunities and experiences as my guiding force, this time, I said to myself, this next time it’s going to be love.
Here We Go!
I can’t promise you research or advanced degrees, but I can promise you truth. Maybe that’s part of why I am here in this body at this time: to offer my willingness to say out loud those things “you’re not supposed to say out loud.”
